At Soleil Skin Studio, we aim to make the delivery process clear from the moment an order is placed until it reaches its destination. This Shipping Policy describes our U.S. delivery coverage, available shipping services, applicable fees, estimated transit periods, tracking information, and procedures for common shipping situations.
1. Domestic Shipping Coverage
Soleil Skin Studio currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States only.
International shipping is not available. We are unable to fulfill orders that require delivery to destinations outside the United States under our current shipping arrangements.
A complete and accurate U.S. delivery address must be entered during checkout.
2. Shipping Options and Rates
Customers may choose from the following shipping services when available:
Express Shipping
Estimated transit time: 1–2 business days
Shipping charge: $15.00
Standard Shipping
Estimated transit time: 3–5 business days
Shipping charge: $8.00
FREE on qualifying orders of $70.00 or more
Shipping options and applicable charges will be presented during checkout before the order is finalized.
3. Free Standard Shipping
Soleil Skin Studio offers FREE Standard Shipping on qualifying orders totaling $70.00 or more.
Orders below $70.00 are charged the regular $8.00 Standard Shipping fee.
The free shipping offer applies only to Standard Shipping. Customers selecting Express Shipping will pay the regular $15.00 Express Shipping fee, including when their purchase total is $70.00 or higher.
4. Quick Shipping Summary
Express Shipping: 1–2 business days — $15.00
Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days — $8.00
Standard Shipping on orders $70.00+: 3–5 business days — FREE
These timeframes represent estimated shipping transit periods and are separate from the time required to process and prepare an order.
5. Processing Before Shipment
After an order is successfully placed, Soleil Skin Studio may require time to review the transaction, prepare the products, package the merchandise, and arrange collection or transfer to the shipping carrier.
Processing time is not included in the estimated carrier transit time.
The estimated 1–2 business days for Express Shipping and 3–5 business days for Standard Shipping generally begin after the order has completed processing and has been transferred to the carrier.
Orders received on weekends or recognized holidays may begin processing on the following business day.
6. Business Days and Estimated Arrival
Business days generally mean Monday through Friday and exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and applicable holidays.
All delivery periods provided by Soleil Skin Studio are estimates and do not constitute guaranteed arrival dates.
Delivery schedules may be affected by severe weather, carrier disruptions, transportation problems, holidays, increased seasonal demand, unusually high parcel volumes, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
7. Customer Address Responsibility
Customers should carefully review all shipping information before completing checkout.
Please confirm that the following information is correct:
Recipient's full name
Street address
Apartment, suite, or unit number, when applicable
City
State
ZIP code
Incomplete or inaccurate shipping information can result in delayed delivery, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or packages being returned to sender.
If you identify an address error after placing an order, contact Soleil Skin Studio as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to assist before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee address changes after fulfillment or carrier processing has begun.
8. Shipment Tracking
When tracking is available for an order, tracking details may be provided after the shipment has been dispatched.
Please allow time for the carrier to receive and scan the package. A newly created tracking number may initially display little or no activity.
Once the tracking record becomes active, customers can generally use the carrier's tracking system to review the latest available shipment progress and delivery status.
9. Delays in Transit
Although we strive to provide dependable shipping estimates, circumstances outside the reasonable control of Soleil Skin Studio may cause a shipment to arrive later than originally expected.
These circumstances may include weather emergencies, transportation interruptions, carrier network delays, holiday periods, increased parcel volumes, or other unforeseen logistical events.
If your shipment appears to be substantially delayed, please contact us with your order information. We will review the available tracking details and provide reasonable assistance.
10. Undeliverable or Returned Packages
A package may be returned to Soleil Skin Studio when a carrier cannot successfully complete delivery.
Possible reasons include:
Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
Missing apartment, suite, or unit information
Unsuccessful delivery attempts
Other carrier-related delivery issues
If your package is returned as undeliverable, please contact us to discuss the available next steps.
Additional shipping costs may apply if reshipment is necessary because inaccurate or incomplete delivery information was originally provided by the customer.
11. Package Marked Delivered but Not Located
If tracking indicates that your shipment has been Delivered but you cannot locate it, please check common delivery locations such as your mailbox, porch, entrance, reception desk, parcel room, or other secure areas around the property.
We also recommend checking with household members, neighbors, property management, and the applicable shipping carrier.
If the package still cannot be located, contact Soleil Skin Studio with your order details so we can review the available delivery information and provide reasonable assistance.
12. Shipping Damage
Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.
If your package or merchandise appears to have been damaged during transportation, contact Soleil Skin Studio as soon as possible.
We recommend retaining the original shipping container and packaging materials and taking clear photographs of the package, internal packaging, and affected merchandise.
Any eligible return, refund, exchange, or replacement may also be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
13. International Shipping Restriction
Soleil Skin Studio does not offer international shipping.
Our current delivery services are limited to eligible destinations within the United States. Orders requiring shipment outside the U.S. cannot be fulfilled.
14. Policy Updates
Soleil Skin Studio may update this Shipping Policy when necessary to reflect changes in shipping rates, delivery services, carrier arrangements, fulfillment procedures, or other operational practices.
The latest version of this policy will be made available through our store with the applicable revision date.
